FORT WORTH – TCU has announced its non-conference schedule for the upcoming men's basketball season, which will kick off on Monday, November 4, with a home game against Florida A&M at the Schollmaier Arena. This year, the Horned Frogs will host 17 games in their local arena, including 10 matchups as part of their Big 12 Conference slate.
In addition to the season opener against Florida A&M, TCU will host several other non-conference opponents in Fort Worth, including Alcorn State, Florida Gulf Coast, Montana State, South Alabama, Texas State, and Xavier. The Big 12/Big EAST Battle has been rescheduled for December 5, one day earlier than originally planned.
Earlier this summer, TCU's Big 12 Conference opponents were revealed, featuring home games against traditional conference powerhouses such as Kansas, Baylor, and Texas Tech, as well as matchups with BYU, UCF, Colorado, Kansas State, Oklahoma State, Utah, and West Virginia. Details about the full Big 12 schedule, including game times and television coverage, will be provided later.

Last season, TCU had one of its most successful campaigns in the Big 12, tying for its best finish with a conference record of 9-9, good for fifth place under head coach Jamie Dixon, who enters his ninth season with the Horned Frogs aiming to build on that momentum. The team is led by starter Ernest Udeh Jr., who will play a key role as TCU looks to continue its success. Notably, the Horned Frogs made history last season by qualifying for the NCAA Tournament for the third consecutive year, a first for the program.
