Guarani defeats CRB in direct confrontation

This victory not only boosted the team's morale but also added more anticipation for the upcoming Campinas classic, the Dérbi 208. Guarani earned three points after four winless matches and now totals 28 points. They still occupy the last position but reduced the gap to 6 points from Chapecoense, the first team outside the relegation zone, with seven rounds remaining in the competition. With both teams under pressure to avoid relegation, the match started tense, with many technical errors from both sides.
