Ceará secured its return to the elite of national football. Even without Saulo Mineiro, who is injured, the team drew 0-0 with Guarani this Sunday (24), at the Brinco de Ouro stadium, in the final round of Série B, and celebrated the promotion. Both teams finished with 66 points, but Vozão surpassed Novorizontino on the number of wins: 19 against 18.

FIRST HALF
At the beginning of the match, Ceará had its first clear chance at 12 minutes, with David Ricardo attempting a shot that went off target. In response, Guarani threatened at 20 minutes, with Heitor taking a free kick that almost resulted in a goal. Guarani's defense was well organized, making it difficult for Ceará's offensive attempts. Opportunities were scarce for both teams. The intensity of the game increased when Ceará earned a free kick; Aylon attempted a header that was deflected, and Jefferson ended up missing the shot over the line.
SECOND HALF
Ceará stood out on the field from the start. After a ball cross, Erick Pulga made a header that went over the crossbar. The Vozão team had other significant opportunities, but Lucas Rian missed the shot. Every goal that Sport scored at home made the situation more desperate for Vozão, with Guarani fans celebrating each goal. Aylon attempted a risky shot from outside the area that raised great concern. Vozão managed to score with Talisson, but it was ruled offside. The support from Goiás was essential: their victory over Novorizontino guaranteed Ceará a spot in the elite.
